[ advisory + build ]

From AI ambition to agents doing the work.

We help leadership teams work out what to do about AI, then help them actually do it. Mostly at mid-sized companies and scale-ups.

/ 01 what we do

Most leadership teams already know AI matters. They're stuck on what to actually do about it.

It's a design problem more than a technology problem. The hard part is deciding which work should change, who trusts it once it does, and what happens when it goes wrong.

We rebuild how the business runs. With AI doing real work inside.

/ 02 how we work

We work at the level the problem needs - from a board briefing to a build sprint.

[ leadership briefings ]
A straight read on AI for a board or leadership team. What's real, what's overstated, what's worth doing. Half a day, or a keynote.
[ workshops ]
Hands-on sessions built around the work your team actually does. They leave with workflows and techniques they'll use the next day. 90 minutes to two days.
[ advisory + decision support ]
For when you're making real calls about AI. Build versus buy. Which vendor. How to scope. How to run a proper proof of concept. Alongside your team while the decisions are live.
[ design + build ]
When the problem is clear and you need to build something your team will actually use. Two to six weeks with senior people and engineers alongside. We design what should change first, then build it.
/ 03 what we work on

Our job is bridging what the business needs with what AI can actually do. The work usually starts with the workflow, then moves into AI-enabled steps, then into agents where the process is mature enough.

[ workflow redesign ]
Mapping work as it currently runs, then rethinking what it should look like with AI in the mix. Stripping out steps that don't need to exist. Designing new flows that wouldn't have been possible before.
[ AI workflows ]
AI handling specific steps in processes you already run. Pulling data from messy documents. Drafting client-ready first versions. Summarising long internal threads. Classifying inbound work and routing exceptions. Answering questions from policies, contracts, notes and previous decisions.
[ agentic workflows ]
For teams with enough process discipline to make agents reliable. Multi-step workflows where agents handle the chasing, flagging and routing. Knowledge systems that show their working, cite sources and keep humans in the loop where judgement matters. Always with audit trails, approval gates and traceability built in from the start.

Mid-sized companies and scale-ups. Most of what we're doing now.
